Agreement for participate in the Broker Agent Training Program
By Referral Only agrees to the following responsibilities:
- Broker Agent Training co-branded website
- Develop a co-branded website with Company approved logo
- Host the custom co-branded website on By Referral Only servers
- Provide separate access for Brokers and Team
- Support for Broker regarding use of the Broker Agent Program
- By Referral Only will be available for an initial training on line and over the
phone
- Provide the Broker with a comprehensive overview of By Referral Only programs upon
launch of program - approximately 60 Minutes
Company agrees to the following terms to participate in the Broker Agent Training
Program:
- You are a broker of a team with a minimum of 15 full-time agents who are actively
practicing real estate. Key word here is "actively."
- You agree to provide us regular feedback as requested through surveys, phone calls,
and emails on the effectiveness of the program and suggested areas of improvement.
- You agree to have your team(s) complete quarterly surveys to help us monitor success
and results in the program
- You agree to obey all copyright restrictions for the training materials and will
not share, alter, or copy any of the information in the Broker-Agent Training Program
without written consent from By Referral Only.
- You agree to announce the program to your team and keep them informed when new training
content become available.
